CALIFORNIA FOCUS / RECAP: High & Mighty Festival

Sea Legs at the Beach, a surf-side rendition of the award-winning Sea Legs Wine Bar, sun-kissed diners can choose from an array of scratch-made menu items, Diners can also enjoy gourmet s'mores after the sun goes down as they toast marshmallows on an iconic Huntington Beach fire pit. Located near Warner & PCH on Bolsa Chica State Beach, Sea Legs at the Beach opened during the summer of 2016 to be a beach-side oasis on the sand offering a unique environment to enjoy a day at the beach.

The High & Mighty Music Festival presented by KROQ is going to be an epic summer concert! Featuring an amazing line up of performers from different genres that all complement each other making this a full day of amazing music and fun. The event will feature carnival rides, food trucks and a full vendors village. We were lucky to be invited to the announcement event which took place at Sea Legs at the Beach featuring live music by Know-Madik, Pacific Dub and headlined by Sublime featuring Rome.

The event opener was Know-Madik. He was accompanied by live acoustic guitarist which made for a great entrance to the beach-side venue. Thoroughly enjoyed his set and look forward to seeing him at the concert in August.

Pacific Dub offers up some Cali-style dub feel music that's very specific to our region. A local favorite with an amazing sound that was amazing to watch as the sun set.

And of course, we have the headliner for the night. Sublime featuring Rome was an epic way to close out the event. Performing some amazing songs to a lively crowd who danced and sang a long was everything you could want in a beach-side acoustic jam session.
