The food we sampled was amazing! Perfect food for an outdoor event with little gourmet touches that will no doubt impress those looking for something more substantial and healthy as Pappas Artisanal is known for their use of quality organic ingredients.

The Puebla Chicken Tacos look like hefty (and they are) but have a light taste that make them quite refreshing. Yes, refreshing tacos!! Try one and and you'll see what I mean.

The Pacific Albacore Sandwich was very popular at our foodie meet up. Not often you see a fish sandwich at a festival but this will be a welcome addition for sure.

If you're going to have nachos, these are the nachos you should be eating! What makes these nachos different? Organic meat, locally sourced vegetables and home made cheese sauce. Please don't let us catch you eating generic nachos, treat yo self!!
