Stagecoach fans could’ve cared less about the high winds over the weekend, not when surrounded by mouthwatering bbq, crisp cold beer and all the country hits we can handle.
Stagecoach made it easy to enjoy many of our newer country favorites as well as those country classics we love so much, from acts like Kelsea Ballerini, Kacey Musgraves, and Kane Brown to Tanya Tucker and Dwight Yoakam. Stagecoach provided a great variety of country talent, and the show was no doubt blown away by strong Headliners such as Florida Georgia Line, Keith Urban and the powerful Garth Brooks who shared the stage with wife Trisha Yearwood.
When fans weren’t enjoying the stage performances, they were stomping their boots on the floor of the Honky Tonk Dance Hall or throwing them back at the Budweiser Country Club.
Amazingly 75,000 people, an insane amount of country music lovers, will have taken home some great and memorable Stagecoach moments such as Keith Urban’s stage collab with the earlier performers Brothers Osbourne and classic country man Dwight Yoakam, performing Yoakam’s “Fast As You”.
Some of Country’s favorite talent like Brett Young and Lee Brice warmed the stage for Country Legend Garth Brooks who filled the StageCoach crowd with many, many of his biggest hits, taking the stage for about a two hour performance. Brooks may have been a bit surprised himself as the audience took over, singing along to songs like “Friends In Low Places” and “Two Pina Coladas”. He also moved fans with hits such as “Thunder Rolls”, “Rodeo” and “The Dance”.
Let’s not forget about the excitement as he brought out Trisha Yearwood, who has once before graced the stagecoach festival with that amazing voice of hers, to perform her hits like “X’s and O’s (An American Girl)” and “She’s In Love With The Boy”.
All I can say is Wow! What an honor to be in the presence of one of Country Music’s best! It’s one we can never forget.
How will Stagecoach ever top that? I guess we have to wait and see.
See Y’all next year?
