CALIFORNIA FOCUS / RECAP: The Fame Riot
Bootleg Theater is a year-round inclusive art space for original, boundary-defying live theater, music, and dance performances born from the diverse cultural and artistic landscape of Los Angeles. Bootleg supports and collaborates with the best of established and emerging music, theater, and dance artists to create daring multi-disciplinary live experiences that are striking, contemporary and non-traditional.
The Fame Riot is an amazing band currently on tour to promote their new album Heart Stray. The Fame Riot is not a band; it's a religion. The two brothers are at the forefront of a shift in musical style and culture, drawing influence from the last 4 decades of rock, pop, electronica, disco, and everything in-between.
We we're fortunate to interview the them while they performed at the Bootleg Theater here in Los Angeles. These guys are just as impressive off stage as they are on stage which adds to their flare and mission of their music. If you haven't seen them live, you're in for quite a show. The duo really does incorporate many styles of music into their unique sound, Each song they played was a unique surprise and they're lively and strong stage presence made this one of the most enjoyable acts of the night. Be sure to visit their website for more information videos and tour dates.
Thank you to the Fame Riot for your time! We here at California Focus look forward to following your success.
