LONG BEACH, Calif. (May 26, 2021) –– 2ND & PCH, Long Beach’s premier open air coastal retail, dining and lifestyle center is excited to welcome eleven new tenants. Throughout the pandemic, the center continues to establish itself as an acclaimed retail and culinary development as well as a desirable social hub and gathering place for the community to enjoy.

In addition to the new tenants, Seaport Way continues to be closed to vehicular traffic through the summer providing additional common area seating and unique experiences for guests to enjoy.
